If any of the hotels listed are not available, another hotel listed are not available, another hotel in the same category will be used as a place to stay.
Mode of Payment: Our easy-to-use website offers ability to make an advance payment from overseas using credit cards, debit cards, Mastercard and Visa, or online transfers to our bank. Foreign nationals may pay with cash, traveler’s cheques, or an American Express credit card issued by Master or visa. Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure.
If, for whatever reason, you have to postpone or cancel your tour or journey, you must notify us in writing. Please confirm that the cancellation fess will take effect as of the day we receive your written correspondence. The cancellation policy listed below would be in effect:
If you cancel within 48 hours or don’t show up, there will be no reimbursement.
Our liabilities and limitations: kindly be advised that once the tour/service cost is finalized, any increase in taxes permission fees for safaris or museums, gasoline costs, or guide fees determined by the Indian government would be charged extra.
