We want to start by expressing our gratitude for you visiting our website. We value the confidentiality and privacy of our internet clients. We guarantee that the submitted personal data will only be utilized for that purpose. The following terms and conditions are part of our company policy and govern your usuage of our services and websites access. If you conduct any business on the website, you agree to adhere by the rules that apply to this type of business on our websites.

Payments: When you purchase tour packages or any of our connected services via our websites, we take a small upfront payment to secure your reservation. You can pay the remaining balance of the package when you arrive at the location, but before our services start. The only authority to determine the method of payment and the upfront payment amount is ours. Depending on the kind of services we provide, it changes.

During Corbett Tourism’s busiest times (Christmas, New year’s, and Festival Time), full payment must be paid in advance to secure a reservation at a hotel or resort. Corbett Tourism com retains the right, at its sole discretion and without previous notice, to alter, modify or end the offer at any moment

If any of the hotels listed are not available, another hotel listed are not available, another hotel in the same category will be used as a place to stay.

Mode of Payment: Our easy-to-use website offers ability to make an advance payment from overseas using credit cards, debit cards, Mastercard and Visa, or online transfers to our bank. Foreign nationals may pay with cash, traveler’s cheques, or an American Express credit card issued by Master or visa. Please be aware that if you pay with a credit card, the applicable bank fees will be added to the total and paid at the same time

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure.

If, for whatever reason, you have to postpone or cancel your tour or journey, you must notify us in writing. Please confirm that the cancellation fess will take effect as of the day we receive your written correspondence. The cancellation policy listed below would be in effect:

  • 30 days before departure 100% of the tour fee(full Refund)
  • 30% of the tour price is due 15 to 29 days before the trip
  • 40% of the tour price is due seven to fourteen days before trip.
  • 50% of the tour price is due 02-06 days before the trip.
 

If you cancel within 48 hours or don’t show up, there will be no reimbursement.

Our liabilities and limitations: kindly be advised that once the tour/service cost is finalized, any increase in taxes permission fees for safaris or museums, gasoline costs, or guide fees determined by the Indian government would be charged extra.
